Utopicus Glòries is located in the heart of the 22@ District, in a newly constructed building with LEED Platinum sustainability certification.
For the design of Utopicus Glòries, the Turull Sorensen studio drew inspiration from Barcelona, a city that combines the sea and the mountains. Whilst the side facing the Mediterranean Sea is designed in cool, maritime tones, the wing facing the Collserola mountain range, which frames the city, invites us to enjoy warm woods and lush vegetation.
Situated at the hub where businesses, professionals, executives and entrepreneurs from the Catalan capital’s leading technology companies converge, Utopicus Glòries is located just a few metres from the junction of Avenida Diagonal and Avenida Meridiana, next to the Torre Glòries, which provides excellent transport links via both public transport – including the metro, tram and bus – and private transport.
