Located on the Paseo de la Castellana and accessible from the Paseo de Eduardo Dato, opeMM Castellana 33 is excellently connected by both public and private transport, as it is situated right in the heart of Madrid’s financial and commercial district. As for public transport, it is just a few minutes’ walk from Rubén Darío Metro station (Line 5), complemented by numerous bus routes such as lines 7, 14, 27, 45, 147 and 150, which run along the Castellana, as well as a taxi rank and a Bicimad bike-share station right at the entrance to the building.

For private transport, its location offers direct and quick access to the capital’s main thoroughfares, such as Calle Serrano and Calle Almagro, as well as the Castellana itself, and connects easily to the M30 ring road via nearby tunnels and level crossings; there are also several public car parks in the surrounding area.
